We are currently seeking a qualified bookkeeping professional with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. Position will likely include some administrative duties as well.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Process payroll
- Client service
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior 1+ year experience in bookkeeping ideally in the CPA Firm
- Quickbooks, Profile, Caseware, Excel and Word
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Able to meet multiple deadlines
Required language:
English, Russian and Hebrew is an asset.
Required experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year
- Bookkeeping: 1 year
